Providing quality boarding for your pet

Thank you for taking interest in Koroit Pet Resort as a place for your pets to stay.

We have been offering quality accommodation and care for animals since 1996. In this time it has been necessary to establish a few basic policies that ensure this will be a viable business available to pet owners for years to come.

The office hours at Koroit Pet Resort are 10am to 12 noon and 4pm to 5pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, and from 10am to 12 noon on Saturday.

Arrangements for drop-off and pick-up of animals outside of office hours needs to be confirmed in advance and may incur a small fee.

All pets must be be up-to-date with worming and de-fleaing.

Payment for boarding and/or grooming or other care of animals is payable in advance, that is, when the animal is delivered to Koroit Pet Resort.

Payment of excess fees is due when an animal is collected.

It remains the guarantee of Koroit Pet Resort that all animals in its care will receive the best care possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Because the office of Koroit Pet Resort is only open certain hours, this does not mean animals only receive care during this time.

Vaccinations

Cat owners are responsible to provide, a current vaccination certificate certifying that a pre-vaccination against feline enteritis and feline respiratory disease was completed within the precediing twelve (12) months (and that the due date for the next vaccination has not been past).

Dog owners are responsible to provide, prior to the animal being lodged in the Koroit Pet Resort boarding establishment, a signed (or endorsed by a qualified veterinarian) pre-vaccination certificate in respect of dogs against distemper, hepatitis, kennel cough and parvovirus being current in that the vaccination has been completed within the preceding twelve (12) months.
